Overview:
The aim of this work was to develop a real-time blood-glucose and blood pressure monitoring system for use by doctors and patients. Using the SMS messaging and web based processing, the system provides a simple solution for remote monitoring of heart/diabetic patients data. There is also an alert mechanism to warn the doctors automatically.
